Peer Mentors

Peer mentors are a big part of Tiger RAP!

Every year, upcoming Juniors and Seniors are nominated by school staff to be Peer Mentors.

No experience is needed to be a Peer Mentor as we offer all of the training and guidance you may need! This group of students helps with school events, lunch time resource tables, student-led workshops for peers on topics such as “Conflict Resolution”, they visit younger students on SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) day in the elementary schools, and more.

It is a wonderful way to get involved in the school and build on your leadership skills! We offer you the opportunity to not only volunteer, and get some community service hours, but to also be a voice for your peers by implementing new ideas for events and bringing awareness to social issues important to teens.
